JBS Homes started its journey in 2020 when Adam and Emily Sinz branched out to build their own real estate business.
Adam comes from a fourth-generation homebuilding and property management family, bringing a lifetime of experience around construction, renovations, property ownership, and management.
Together, Adam and Emily have built their own growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties. They are actively involved in acquiring, renovating, improving, managing, and operating real estate for their family.
Emily is also a licensed Pennsylvania real estate agent and plays an active role in JBS Homes' acquisitions and dispositions. She helps identify and evaluate new opportunities, coordinates property purchases and sales, and assists other property owners, buyers, sellers, and investors with their real estate needs.
In addition to their own real estate portfolio, JBS Homes provides renovation, construction, repair, and property improvement services for homeowners, landlords, investors, and commercial property owners throughout Lancaster County and surrounding areas.
